OpenPDF User Agreement

OpenPDF services are strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria: they must be at least 18 years old, have not been previously banned or restricted from using OpenPDF, and have not been formally denied access to OpenPDF by the company.

By clicking "Agree" or downloading, installing, or otherwise using OpenPDF, you assert that you fulfill the above conditions.

This section outlines OpenPDF's response protocols for alleged copyright violations, adhering to modern digital copyright regulations.

OpenPDF retains the authority to temporarily suspend access to its platform without prior notice for users it identifies as "repeat offenders."

By using OpenPDF, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access its features in accordance with these terms.

All rights not explicitly granted to users remain reserved by OpenPDF.

OpenPDF may facilitate peer-to-peer content distribution, allowing files from your device to be shared with other users.

OpenPDF uses commercially reasonable measures to safeguard against unauthorized access or misuse of your device and network resources.

By using OpenPDF, you consent to the platform facilitating content sharing from your device to enhance the experience of other users. This includes permitting OpenPDF to utilize your computer's processing power and bandwidth for such exchanges.

You confirm that you either own the device on which OpenPDF is installed or have the legal authority to manage its use. If you sell or lose control of this device, you must uninstall OpenPDF to prevent unauthorized access.

You must refrain from reselling or redistributing OpenPDF licenses or associated materials.

You must avoid removing copyright notices or other intellectual property indicators.

You must not use OpenPDF for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of OpenPDF.

You must avoid actions that could damage or disrupt OpenPDF's operations or infrastructure.

You must not use OpenPDF if you are under 18 years old.

You must not take any actions that may create an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the OpenPDF infrastructure, as deemed by OpenPDF.

You must not interfere with the essential operations of OpenPDF.

By using OpenPDF, you agree to adhere to all of these terms.

Certain OpenPDF features may require account registration and password creation. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify OpenPDF immediately if your account security is compromised.

If you suspect that your account security has been compromised - in cases of loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your account, password, or any debit, credit, or payment card information - you agree to inform OpenPDF without delay. You may be held accountable for any financial losses suffered by OpenPDF or other parties as a result of unauthorized use of your account.

OpenPDF may include links to third-party websites and services. OpenPDF is not responsible for the content or services provided by these external sources. Interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

OpenPDF disclaims any responsibility for the information, materials, products, or services provided or accessible through these websites and sources. Furthermore, any correspondence, business negotiations, or participation in programs offered by advertisers and promotional campaigns found within the OpenPDF network are undertaken at your own risk and are solely your responsibility, along with that of the advertisers. Accessing and utilizing these websites, as well as the information, materials, products, and services they offer, is done at your own risk.

OpenPDF may display advertisements, such as banners or pop-ups, unrelated to user search history or data collection.

OpenPDF reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, profile, or access without prior notice and withoutliability to you. Suspected fraudulent or illegal activities may be reported to relevant authorities.

In return for some of the premium editing features of OpenPDF, you may choose to be a peer on the Bright Data network. By doing so, you agree to have read and accepted the Terms of Service of the Bright SDK SLA: https://brightdata.com/legal/sdk-sla . You may opt out of the Bright Data network by unchecking "Enable web indexing by BrightData to get access to PRO tools" in the settings menu.
